Insignia Salon approached Bellman with a challenge: stand out in the competitive beauty industry while staying true to their authentic, welcoming experience.
With a team of highly skilled professionals, Insignia offers everything from hair treatments and extensions to facials, waxing, and day spa services. Their point of difference? An end-to-end beauty experience all under one roof.
A Brand Identity That Speaks Volumes
We began by redefining Insignia’s brand identity. The new logo – a monogram of ‘I’ and ‘S’ – symbolises the salon’s expert hair services and its strong sense of community. The ‘S’ gracefully wraps around the ‘I’, representing how clients are embraced as part of the Insignia ‘tribe’.
The visual identity balances luxury and accessibility, using a sophisticated colour palette of purple and pink-toned beige. This positioning allows Insignia to offer high-quality services without the intimidating price tag of competitors.
Capturing the Client Experience: Authenticity and Connection
We crafted a tone of voice that was professional, authentic, and approachable, ensuring the salon’s core values, customer satisfaction and human connection, were at the forefront. The result was a rebrand that felt familiar yet fresh and engaging, across all touchpoints from social media to in-salon materials.
For Insignia, this wasn’t just a brand refresh, it was about transforming their services into an unforgettable experience. Insignia is more than a salon – it’s a place where clients feel confident, cared for, and part of a community.
