Workforce One is a Software as a Service solution built specifically for Labour Hire and Group Training companies across Australia. Offering recruitment, payroll, invoicing, and workforce management within a single platform, the product simplifies complex operations through one integrated system.
As the business continued to grow, the brand needed to better reflect the reliability, technical capability, and local support behind the software. The challenge was to modernise the identity while retaining elements of brand heritage and existing goodwill.
A Brand Grounded in Trust
The process began with an audit of the existing logo and branding to understand what was working and where improvements could be made. This informed a refreshed direction that balanced familiarity with progress.
The key vision for the new identity was to position Workforce One as a dependable and trustworthy technology partner. The brand needed to communicate confidence in the software, highlight its streamlined approach, and reinforce the value of having one complete solution supported by a local team.
A Symbol of Integration
A refined visual system was developed to support this message, combining clarity, structure, and approachability.
At the heart of the new identity is the Workforce One logo, designed to represent unity and connection. The segmented circular icon reflects the four core components of the platform, illustrating how each system works together as part of one cohesive solution.
Consistency Across Every Touchpoint
The symmetrical form reinforces stability and efficiency, while the rounded sans serif typeface adds warmth and accessibility. Together, these elements create a mark that feels modern, professional, and easy to engage with.
Building on the ideas behind the logo, a suite of brand assets was developed to extend the identity across all applications. Typography, imagery, patterns, shapes, and iconography were designed to consistently reinforce the message of integration and efficiency.
A Platform Reflected Through Brand
Clear brand guidelines were also created to ensure the Workforce One identity could be applied confidently and consistently across future marketing materials, digital platforms, and internal communications.
The refreshed Workforce One brand brings clarity to a complex offering. The result is an identity that communicates trust, structure, and technical confidence, while remaining approachable and human.
Workforce One is now supported by a brand that reflects what the product delivers every day: one system, one solution, working seamlessly together.
