Offering recruitment, payroll, invoicing, and workforce management within a single platform, the product simplifies complex operations through one integrated system.
As the business continued to grow, the brand needed to better reflect the reliability, technical capability, and local support behind the software. The challenge was to modernise the identity while retaining elements of brand heritage and existing goodwill.

The process began with an audit of the existing logo and branding to understand what was working and where improvements could be made. This informed a refreshed direction that balanced familiarity with progress.

A Symbol of Integration
At the heart of the new identity is the Workforce One logo, designed to represent unity and connection. The segmented circular icon reflects the four core components of the platform, illustrating how each system works together as part of one cohesive solution.
The symmetrical form reinforces stability and efficiency, while the rounded sans serif typeface adds warmth and accessibility. Together, these elements create a mark that feels modern, professional, and easy to engage with.

Building on the ideas behind the logo, a suite of brand assets was developed to extend the identity across all applications. Typography, imagery, patterns, shapes, and iconography were designed to consistently reinforce the message of integration and efficiency.
