Bellman worked with Keo Waleta Property and renowned Melbourne architecture practice, PeddleThorp, to create a brand for 22 spacious and eco-friendly townhouses in leafy Glen Iris.
Named after the mineral that gives green gemstones their colour, the brand was centred on the hidden gems of Glen Iris. A map of favourite neighbourhood locales within close proximity to the townhouses was included, and every last element – from the selection of paper stocks to hand-painted details – gave the brand the connection to nature that was required.
